全自动低温柔度试验仪中英文操作使用说明书

Note:在实验过程中试验箱内必须加入-30℃的防冻液,否则会影响制冷效果。In the process of the experiment test ,must be added - 30 ℃ antifreeze, otherwise it will affect the cooling effect

DR-5型全自动低温柔性试验仪,是根据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T328.14-2007建筑防水卷材试验方法,第14部分:沥青卷材—低温柔性,对低温柔性试验装置的要求,由我公司研制开发的一款新产品。仪器主机全部采用304材质不锈钢制作,动力源采用永磁低速电机驱动,双动8平行排列,可同时作正、反面各五个试样。控制器采用智能温度控制仪、数显时间继电器及相关元器件。控制器和主机相连接部分全部采用航空插头方式连接,该连接方式简单、方便、安全,并且有效的节省了仪器的使用空间。DR - 5 type automatic flexible tester at low temperature, is according to the law of the People's Republic of China national standard GB/T328.14-2007 building waterproofing materials testing methods, part 14: asphalt coil - low temperature flexible, flexible test device for low temperature requirements, by a new product developed by our company. DR-5型全自动低温柔性试验仪是DR-3型电动数显低温柔性试验仪的改款升级版,仪器采用不锈钢制作,*的工艺保证了温度控制精度在 ±1℃,降温速度是普通冰柜的几倍,zui低温度可达-35℃。测试仪也是采用不锈钢制作,特点:操作简单,工作效率高。

二、Instrument function

1.仪器设有Ф20mm、Ф30mm、 Ф50mm试验用双动辊弯曲轴,可测厚度3,4,5mm的沥青防水卷材的低温柔性。

2.数字显示试验温度、时间。Digital display test temperature and time

三、温度控制仪的设定:Temperature control instrument set

  • 按下“SET”键,仪表下方窗口的红色数字

跳动,按下左方向键头移动数字位置,按

向上键头为数字增加,按向下键头为数字

减少。温度设定好后,按下“SET”键返回

四、试验步骤:Test steps

  •   试验的矩形试件尺寸(150±1)mm×(25

±1)mm,试件从试样宽度方向上均匀的裁取,长

边在卷材的纵向,试件裁取时应距边缘不少于

150mm,试件应从卷材的一边开始做连续的记号,

同时标记卷材的上表面和下表面。

  去除表面的任何保护膜,适宜的方法是常温下

用胶带粘在上面,冷却到接近假设的冷弯温度,然

后从试件上撕去胶带,另一方法是用压缩空气吹[压

力约0。5Mpa(5bar),喷嘴直径约0。5mm],假若上

面的方法不能除去保护膜,用火焰烤,用zui少的时

间破坏膜而不损伤试件。

  试件试验前应在(23±2)℃平板上放置至少

4h,并且相互之间不能接触,也不能粘在板上。可

以用硅纸垫,表面的松散颗粒用手轻轻敲打除去。

2.    在开始试验前,两圆筒和弯曲轴之间的距离

应按试件厚度调节,根据所作试样厚度选择相适应

的弯曲轴,将弯曲轴放在两个圆筒之间的位置上。

把温控仪的设定温度调至高于室内实际温度,开动

控制器上升或下降开关,使弯曲轴和圆筒平行排列,

Ф30mm 和 Ф 50mm 弯曲轴可高出两圆筒10—

20mm。松开圆筒两面的罗丝,在弯曲轴和圆筒之间

放入和试件相对应的定位板,然后上紧圆筒两面的

罗丝,取下定位板。距离调好后,将试验装置放入

试槽内。并且圆筒的上端在冷冻液下面约10mm,

开动下降开关,使弯曲轴下降至停止位置。

3.    两组各5个使件,一组是上表面试验,另

一组下表试验,将试件放置在圆筒下面的支撑装

4.    控制器温控仪的温度根据试验要求可设定在

-20℃~-25℃,首先接通电源后电源指示灯亮,

然后打开“开关”旋钮待仪表十秒钟后显示正常温

度后方可打开“工作”旋钮,这时机器开始制冷,

制冷指示灯亮。当仪表温度到达设定的温度时,恒

温指示灯亮计时器开始计时,计时器完毕后,电机

自动上升,弯曲轴以(360±40)mm/min速度顶着

试件向上移动,试件同时绕轴弯曲180度,这时实

验已经做完。如在作实验时,把面板上控制电机开

关的“下降”降到zui低,放上试件后按一下“复位”

开关,这时机器又开始重新实验了,待实验结束后

方可关闭电源开关。
